Miss Justine Lee
JJ’s background in the military prompted her passion for working in the field of major trauma and ensuring patients received the best possible after care to aid their rehabilitation.
It is this that led JJ to setting up the 4Trauma4Patients service at the QE Hospital in Birmingham and drives her to making sure patients have equal access to the bets possible healthcare and advice.

Connor Evans
Connor has worked in the role since October 2022 and loved every minute of it from day one. He has a Masters degree in Physiotherapy and believes making sure patients feel heard is the key to providing good care.
Dr Jayanithya Kumar
Nithya has been in the role since August 2020 and is a surgeon in the making with a special interest in Trauma surgery. Nithya finds that working ahs part of the 4T4P team has given her more time to spend with patients and reminded her why she became a doctor in the first place.
Dr Resya Bhakthavalsalan
Resya has worked at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital since 2020 as a Major Trauma Service doctor and enjoys working as part of the 4T4P team to deliver the best possible patient support leading up to discharge and beyond.
